师范生反思能力：内涵、特征与价值--基于教师专业发展的视角

师范生反思能力是师范生在学习和实践中，以自己原有的教育观念和个人实践作为意识对象，不断对自身专业发展进行积极、主动的设计、控制、评价和完善的能力。它具有情境性、经验性、批判性和发展性等特征。反思能力对于师范生的专业发展有着十分重要的价值，有助于促进师范生内隐理论的科学转化；有助于师范生构建和谐人际关系，共享教育资源；有助于优化师范生理解教育，明确专业发展方向；有助于加快师范生入职后的教师专业化发展。%NormaI students’ refIective abiIity is the abiIity to design controI , evaIuate and improve their own professionaI deveIopment constantIy and activeIy in Iearning and practice , which takes their own educationaI concept and individuaI practice as the object of consciousness .It has situationaI ,empiricaI ,criticaI and deveIopmentaI characteristics .
