师范生反思能力:内涵、特征与价值--基于教师专业发展的视角

         

摘要

师范生反思能力是师范生在学习和实践中,以自己原有的教育观念和个人实践作为意识对象,不断对自身专业发展进行积极、主动的设计、控制、评价和完善的能力。它具有情境性、经验性、批判性和发展性等特征。反思能力对于师范生的专业发展有着十分重要的价值,有助于促进师范生内隐理论的科学转化;有助于师范生构建和谐人际关系,共享教育资源;有助于优化师范生理解教育,明确专业发展方向;有助于加快师范生入职后的教师专业化发展。%NormaI students’ refIective abiIity is the abiIity to design controI , evaIuate and improve their own professionaI deveIopment constantIy and activeIy in Iearning and practice , which takes their own educationaI concept and individuaI practice as the object of consciousness .It has situationaI ,empiricaI ,criticaI and deveIopmentaI characteristics . The refIective abiIity is of great vaIue to normaI students’ professionaI deveIopment , heIping normaI students promote the scientific transformation of endogenetic theories ;heIping students buiId a harmonious interpersonaI reIationship , co‐sharing educationaI resources;contributing to the optimization of normaI schooI students’ understanding education , cIear professionaI deveIopment direction;heIping speed up the professionaI deveIopment of the normaI students after getting teachers post .
