冲突与认同:民族地区职业院校 教师身份的建构

         

摘要

For the vocational college teachers in the ethnic minority areas,because of the existence of the teacher role provisions and the reality of teachers role play, self-value orientation and group social ownership and social status, the individualism and professional cooperation needs caused by bureaucrat management, meanwhile the habit of traditional teaching methods and educational reform requirements of the contradictions, resulting in the conflict of the identity construction of the vocational college teachers in the ethnic minority areas, the teachers need to reconcile these contradictions to complete self-identity.%民族地区职业院校教师由于存在教师角色规定与教师现实角色扮演、自我价值定位与群体归属和社会地位、科层管理所造成的个人主义与职业合作需要、传统教学方式的惯习与教育改革要求的矛盾,从而造成民族地区职业院校教师身份建构的冲突,现实中教师需要调和这些矛盾来完成自我身份认同.
