三方协同职后卓越教师培养的路径探索——基于江苏师范大学泰州项目的实践与思考

         

摘要

This research combines the education of three parties including high normal colleges, local government education department as well as primary and secondary schools together to promote the training of in-service outstanding teachers.Bureau of Education of Taizhou and Jiangsu Normal University work together for the effective exploration.By laying the implementation of the program of the cultivation of outstanding teachers as a starting point, they have achieved fruitful results of the experience of cultivating in-service outstanding teachers through solid practice.%把高等师范院校、地方政府教育主管部门和中小学三方有机结合起来,推动职后卓越教师的培养,对此泰州市教育局与江苏师范大学进行了有效探索,以卓越教师培养项目的实施为抓手,通过扎实的实践,取得了丰硕的成果,积累了一定的职后卓越师资培养经验.
