The article analyzed the present condition of foreign sports arbitration judicial supervision system by using the literature and comparison methods, and put forward a tentative plan to construct a sports arbitration judicial supervision system in China.%运用文献资料法、比较研究法，分析和阐述了国外体育仲裁司法监督的现状以及建立中国体育仲裁司法监督制度的必要性，提出了中国体育仲裁司法监督制度的建构设想．
