单层间断套入式胰肠吻合在胰十二指肠切除术中的应用

摘要

Objective To explore the clinical effect of single layer interrupted overlap pancreato-jejunal anastomosis in Whipple procedure. Methods The clinical data of 62 patients performed Whipple procedure us-ing single layer interrupted overlap pancreato-jejunal anastomosis were collected and analyzed. Results No re-exploration was needed in 62 cases. There was no peri-operative death. Only 1 patient experienced a pancreatic leak and was cured by conventional treatment. Conclusion Single layer interrupted overlap pancreato-jejunal anastomosis is feasible and safe to perform. This method is deserved to be promoted.%目的 探讨单层间断胰肠端侧套入式吻合在经典胰十二指肠切除术(pancreaticoduodenec-tomy,PD)—Whipple术中的临床疗效.方法 回顾性分析2010年1月至2016年7月苏州大学附属第三医院62例行单层间断胰肠端侧套入式吻合的Whipple术患者临床资料.结果 本组患者全部手术成功,除1例发生胰瘘,无再手术和围手术期死亡病例.结论 单层间断胰肠端侧套入式吻合方式简单、安全、实用,学习曲线较短,值得推广.
