以某校大一高师生为实验对象进行心理健康教育的自然教学实验,采用两阶段分层随机抽样方法抽取88名高师生进行健康信念问卷调查,显示出心理健康教育课改善了高师生的健康信念,心理健康教育课是促进高师生健康信念的有效途径。%The freshmen of a normal university participated in the natural teaching experiment ,and a questionnaire about health belief was utilized to test 88 subjects sampled by two-stage random sampling .The experiment shows that the curriculum of mental health education improved normal university students’health belief in an effective manner .
