董仲舒思想外儒内法考论

摘要

董仲舒《贤良对》《灾异对》《春秋繁露》所言表面上是儒家的思想，细按之，其本质上皆为法家之思想。董仲舒思想的本质是儒法合一，外儒内法，在“义”和“权变”的借口之下可以不择手段、为所欲为。%The thought in Dong Zhong-shu’s Xianliang Dui, Zaiyi Dui, Chunqiu Fanlu is ostensibly of Confucianism but essentially of the Legalist school. The essence of Dong Zhong-shu’s thought is the combination of Confucianism and the Legalist school with Confucianism as its form and the Legalist school as its content. With the excuse of“righteousness”and“tact”, one can attain his end by hook or by crook and do whatever he likes.
