The paper studied the effect of ultrasonic wave on the extraction of tussah pupa oil by supercritical CO2 extraction, and studied the effects of temperature, pressure, time, fineness of tussah pupa powder and presence or absence of ultrasonic wave on the yield of tussah pupa oil.The results showed that the ultrasonicenhanced supercritical CO2 extraction could improve the extraction efficiency and the yield of tussah pupa oil so as to save the production cost and lower the energy consumption.The optimal ultrasonic-enhanced supercritical CO2 extraction conditions were as follows: temperature 45 ℃, time 90 min, pressure 20 MPa, and fineness 100 meshes, and the yield reached 28.92%.%探讨了超声波对超临界CO2萃取(SCE)柞蚕蛹油的影响,考察了在不同温度、压力、时间、柞蚕蛹粉细度、有无超声时超临界CO2萃取柞蚕蛹油的得率.结果表明,超声强化超临界CO2萃取(USCE)相比超临界CO2萃取(SCE)能提高柞蚕蛹油的生产效率和萃取率,节约生产成本和降低生产能耗,USCE萃取柞蚕蛹油的较佳工艺条件为:温度45℃,时间90 min,压力20 MPa,粉碎度100目,萃取率可达到28.92%.
