病理生理学是医学生必修课程,其前沿性、复杂性和临床联系性,是造成医学青年教师传递知识和学生获取知识困难的主要因素.在医学生临床思维培养目标的引导下,青年教师的快速成长和课堂中学生临床思维的训练则至关重要.如何有效地进行教学工作和成长,值得思考.在此笔者总结自己的经验和教训,供同行们参考.%Pathophysiology is required courses for medical students.The extensiveness, complexity and clinical connectedness of Pathophysiology have brought some difficulties to the teaching for young teachers and leaning for students.With the objective of "clinical thinking training" in classroom, training young teachers and rapid growth of students' thinking is crucial.As young teachers, the authors have some experiences and lessons of how to effectively work and grow up for peer reference.
