《行刑与罪犯矫治社会化研究》一书，对行刑社会化问题进行了全面而又系统的研究。就行刑社会化的本质意义而言，是要动用社会资源共同融入罪犯的矫治之中，体现的是人文精神，是社会公众对于罪犯的关注和尊重。行刑社会化狱内模式的核心问题是监狱如何运用社会资源为罪犯的矫治服务并促进罪犯矫治工作。狱外模式论主要是对社区矫正制度、出狱保护制度等行刑社会化的社会模式的研究。改革与价值论是行刑社会化研究的核心内容之一，包括构建完善的刑事法律体系，推进行刑一体化；确立现代化的监狱行刑观念；纯化监狱职能等内容。从一定意义上来说，行刑社会化是现代刑罚对犯罪的宽容，是现代社会对犯罪人的宽容。因此，宽容性是行刑社会化的本质属性。%The book execution and socializition of the offender correction research, gives comprehensive and systematic study on the execution socializition issue. The essential meaning of socialization execution is to take the common community＇ s resources into the offenders treatment, is attention and respect of the public for criminals. The core issue of the socialization execution mode inside the prison is how the privde services for offenders using social resources. Mode on the community correction system, is about resrearch on ones released from prison. Reform and the value theory, including how to build and improve the criminal legal system, promote the integration of execu- tion; establish the concept of modernization of the execution in Prison ; purify prison functions and other content. In a certain sense, the execution socialization is the modern penal tolerance to the crime, modern society tolerance to crime. Thus, tolerance is an essential attribute of the execution socialization.
