“教学、实践、科研”三位一体的实验中心改革探索

摘要

In a case of Institute of Aeronautical Industry Management and based on the problems of experimental teaching such as low experimental teaching quality,shortage of dual-ability teachers,backward management sys-tem,and so on,this paper puts forward the laboratory reform idea of Teaching-Production-Research three-in-one Mode.From three aspects as ensuring the experimental teaching quality,enhancing the practical teaching,en-couraging students’ independent innovation,we should carried out the optimization of institutions,process and plat-form in laboratories,in order to meet the demand of talents.%以郑州航空工业管理学院实验中心为例，基于实验教学环节存在的实验教学质量不高、“双师型”师资匮乏、管理体制落后等问题，提出了“教学、实践、科研”三位一体的实验中心改革理念。从保证实验教学质量、加强实践教学力度、鼓励学生进行自主创新三方面入手，对实验中心进行制度优化、流程优化、平台优化，以满足人才培养的需要。
