关于《消费者权益保护法》“反悔权”的立法分析

摘要

The right of revocation has its jurisprudence and reality foundation. Besides, there are foreign legislations can be referred to. The scope of applicability of this right and the exception should be stipulate according to the national conditions in Law on Protection of the Rights and Interests of Consumers.%反悔权的规定有其法理学基础和现实基础，也有国外的立法可供借鉴。我国应在《消费者权益保护法》中对反悔权的适用范围及行使期限等作出规定，并结合我国的国情具体规定排除适用的情况。
