论婚姻家庭法作为法学必修课程设置的必要性

Family law is not among the 14 core courses listed by Education Department, so the course of family law in some universities or colleges of laws is relegated to the sidelines, which decreases the opportunities for the students to study and understand family law, debases the students＇ enthusiasm to study family law, and also strays from the judicial practice. There is theoretical and realistic basis to establish family law as a compulsory course.%婚姻家庭法不属于教育部规定的14门核心课程，因而一些法学院校将婚姻家庭法课程边缘化，这极大地减少了学生学习、了解婚姻家庭法的机会，降低了学生学习的积极性，也与我国的审判实践严重脱节。婚姻家庭法设置为必修课程具有其理论及现实基础。
