我国体育法制建设进程及其特点

摘要

Reviewing and discussing the basic situation and existing problems of construction course of sports legal system are convenient for us to summarize the experiences and lessons. Then probing into the characteristics of different period about sports lawmaking work, which can help us to better consider how to enhance legislation and achieve the goal of sports legal system.%回顾我国体育法制建设的进程，探讨法制建设中存在的问题，总结体育法制建设中的经验教训，探索体育立法工作每个时期工作的特点，有助于从深层次思考如何加强体育法制，进而实现我国体育事业的法律化、制度化。
