城乡统一建设用地市场的法律制度保障研究

摘要

In view of the establishment of the legal system of unified urban and rural construction land market ,efforts should be made to improve the legal system of the subject of collective land property rights and the responsibility system ,and make sure the procedure ,application range and other sup‐porting systems of the collective construction land in the market circulation ,so as to eliminate the sys‐tem obstacles of the unified urban and rural construction land market as well as the land trade .%建立城乡统一建设用地市场的法律制度，需要完善集体所有土地财产权利主体制度、责任制度；明确集体建设用地入市流通的程序和范围、征地程序等配套制度，以消除城乡统一用地市场的制度障碍，排除土地交易障碍。
