管理学课程案例教学的冷思考

摘要

新时代创新型人才的需求催生了管理学教学的变革。管理学的教学目标不仅要传授管理知识，更为重要的是培养学生的管理能力与管理素质。案例教学在高校管理学课程教学中已经广泛应用，但是案例教学应用的现状令人堪忧，存在着种种误区与问题，文章针对这些问题。提出了完善管理学案例教学的思路与对策。%Needs for creative talents in new era give birth to the change of management teaching. The teaching goals of management are not only to impart management knowledge, but to help students develop management capacity and quality. Case teaching has been widely in management course, but the effectiveness is not satisfactory. Aiming to all the problems, solutions are proposed in this paper.
