工科院校实践创新能力教育培养对策研究

摘要

文章主要对当前工科院校大学生创新能力的培养进行了阐述，对工科大学生创新能力不足的原因进行了分析，最后提出了工科院校针对大学生创新能力的培养对策。%This study illustrates the practice of innovation capability training methods in engineering colleges, based on which the shortcomings and problems are analyzed. The training methods are proposed to improve the innovation capability education.
