根据现行国家标准GB 5009.12-2010第一法(石墨炉原子吸收法,GFAA),对果汁中的铅含量进行检测.分析了不确定度来源,建立了铅的不确定度数学模型,并依据JJF1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》,对果汁中铅含量的不确定度进行评定.其结果为果汁中铅含量为0.013 mg/L,合成标准不确定度为0.069 mg/L,扩展不确定度为0.14 mg/L.%Based on the first method in GB 5009.12-2010 (the first method, GFAA), the content of lead in juice was determined in this paper.The source of uncertainty was ana-lyzed, and the mathematical model was built, the uncertainty evaluation of lead in juice was made.The result indicated that the content of lead in juice was 0.013 mg/L, the combined standard uncertainty was 0.069 mg/L, and the expanded uncertainty was 0.14 mg/L.
