综合运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法，采用《体育高考考生考前心理焦虑状态量表》为研究工具，对2012年参加福建省体育高考生考前心理焦虑状态进行实证研究．结果表明：不同性别中，男体育高考生躯体焦虑水平高于女体育高考生，且存在显著性差异（p=0．045〈0．05）；不同运动等级中，达到国家二级的体育高考生的自信、个体失败焦虑、社会期待焦虑高于没有级别的体育高考生，且分别与其存在显著性差异（p=0．042，0．000，0．003〈0．05）；不同区域间体育高考生考前心理焦虑状态存在参差不齐的差异；不同训练年限中，训练3年以上的体育高考生存在自信水平高于其他考生，而在个体失败焦虑、社会焦虑维度上恰恰相反．%By literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and other research methods, using the" psychological anxiety status inventory of sports candidates before the exam " as a research tool, a test was taken to study the anxiety state of sports candidates before the exam in Fujian province in 2012. The results showed that: between different sexes, the anxiety level of male candidates is higher than that of the female sports candidates with a significant difference (P= 0.045〈0.05); the self-confidence, individual failure anxiety and social anticipation anxiety of sports candidtates who reached national class are higer than those of the others with significant difference (P=0.042,0,0.003〈0.05); There exist uneven differences between the anxiety state of sports candidates from different region. The self-confidence level of sports candidates who have been trained for at least 3 years is higher than that of the others, but their individual anxiety and social anticipation anxiety are on the contrary.
