清至民国年间清水江契约文书立契时间校补——以《贵州文斗寨苗族契约法律文书汇编：姜元泽家藏契约文书》为中心的研究

摘要

With the publication of Guizhou Wendou Miao Contract Documents with the Collected Documents by Jiang Yuan - ze Family, about 700 Qingshuijiang documents are open to the public, providing valuable mate- rials for concerned researchers. This is indeed making great contributions to the benefits of the academic studies. However, there are obvious errors in he book. Therefore, there is a great need to reevaluate the information in the book and make necessary revision of the time, and introduce a number of research methods, with the hope to obtain more evidences for the determining of the time when the documents are studied and categorized.%《贵州文斗寨苗族契约法律文书汇编：姜元泽家葳契约文书》一书公布了近七百份清水江文书，为相关研究者提供了宝贵的资料，可谓嘉惠学林，功莫大焉。但该书录文也存在一些明显错误，有必要重新核对原文图版和录文，对其中的时间著录进行校补匡正，并提示几种相关考证方法，希望获取更多整理清水江文书的时间考证判断依据。
