PURPOSE: A method for reserving place contract right occupation through computer networks is provided, so that users can retrieve required places by adding individual characteristics and reserve the places by receiving arranged lists through the computer networks, and investigate the places in detail by allowing the users to occupy the places. CONSTITUTION: A method for reserving place contract right occupation through computer networks, comprises the steps of: making a user obtain information related to reservations from many service providers, and build a database by classifying the reservations; suggesting classifying data to the user; making the user select an appropriate retrieval command or input the retrieval command; extracting entire lists necessary for reservations about items which are not reserved from the database, by using the inputted data; suggesting the extracted lists to the user, and setting up contract occupation for a regular period within a user right which is set up by an operator for reservations by the user; setting up an exclusive contract between the user and the service providers within an occupation setup period; and if the contract is not set up, canceling a corresponding occupation setup.
