PURPOSE: A reservation type auction using a communication network and a reverse auction method and system of the same are provided for a planed sale and purchase by the auction which the contract time and the payment time is different. CONSTITUTION: A reservation type auction and reverse auction method includes five processes of a member checking and member registration process, am auction object registration process, a bidding process, an auction execution and winner selection and registration process(contracted content notice), a receiving/delivery/payment process at every future comprehensive time/dividing time. In the member check and member registration process, all users can view an auction information irrespective of the member registration.
