以贵州省独山县布依族高中生为例，利用霍兰德职业兴趣量表，探讨了布依族高中生职业兴趣的特点。结果表明：1．布依族高中生的职业兴趣倾向排序为：社会型、研究型、企业型、艺术型、现实型、常规性；2．其职业类型在年级和性别上有显著差异，年级与性别的交互作用显著；3．影响其职业选择的最大因素是兴趣，社会需要对其影响较小；4．其择业的价值观主要是看工资福利，是否有利其能力、专业特长和兴趣的发挥；5．在职业计划方面，总体上有明确计划的很少，但女生优于男生；6．其职业兴趣分化程度不高，一致性较差，但稳定性较好。%By taking high school students of Bu Yi nationality from Du Shan county （ in Gui Zhou province） as an example, this paper discusses the career interest features of high school students of Bu Yi nationality by using Holland＇s career interest scale. The result indicated： 1. The professional interest tendency of Bu Yi students could be ordered Society, Investigation, Enterprise, Art, Reality and Routine. 2. The professional types had significant differences in grade and gender. The interaction between grade and gender was significant. 3. The most important factor of major selecting was the interest, and social needs had a little effect on it. 4. Their career values mainly based on wage and welfare, whether it could promote ability, expertise and interest. 5. In general, few of them had definite career plans, but girls were better than boys. 6. The differentiation degree of their vocational interest was not high and the consistency was poor, but the stability was high.
