PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recruit support system which can promote direct and effective publicity activities, and easily secure optimal human resources.;SOLUTION: A recruit support system 1 includes: an input means for inputting a word of interest with which a recruit candidate 4 has made an answer as well as the answerer; a storage means for storing the input word of interest in a first database 11 by associating it with the answerer; a browsing means for making a client browse the word of interest; a storage means for associating an approach sheet 25 including content following the specific word of interest created by the client with the word of interest and storing it in a second database 12; and an adjustment means for reading the word of interest and the answerer of the word of interest from the first database 11, and for reading the approach sheet 25 and the word of interest of the approach sheet 25 from the second database 12, and for performing adjustment processing for individually outputting an answerer correspondence approach sheet 15.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
