采用罗森伯格自尊量表、自我和谐量表和积极心理品质问卷对随机选取的381曾留守大学生进行调查.结果显示:自尊和自我经验不和谐、自我灵活和自我刻板均存在显著的负相关(r值分别为-0.61,-0.54,-0.56,P值均<0.01);积极心理品质和自我经验不和谐、自我灵活和自我刻板均存在显著的负相关(r值分别为-0.36,-0.37,-0.36,P值均<0.01);控制自我和谐变量检验发现自尊对积极心理品质的直接效应不显著(LLCI=-0.376,ULCI=0.245);自我和谐中介效应显著(LLCI=0.099,ULCI=0.094).结论:曾留守大学生自我和谐对自尊和积极心理品质起中介作用.%We surveyed 381 college students with left-behind experience by using rosenberg self-esteem scale,self consistency and congruence scale and positive psychology quality questionnaire.The results showed:Self-esteem had a significant negative relation with the disharmony on self and experience,self-flexibility and self-stiffness (r =-0.61,-0.54,-0.56,P < 0.01);There is a significant negative relation between positive psychology qualities the disharmony on self and experience,self -flexibility and self-stiffness (r =-0.36,-0.37,-0.36,P < 0.01);Self-esteem had non-significantdirect effect on positive psychology qualities under the condition of considering self-consistency and congruence as a control variable (LLCI =-0.3764,ULCI =0.245 8).The mediator effect of self-consistency and congruence was significant (LLCI =0.099 7,ULCI =0.094 1).Conclusion:Self -consistency played a mediator role in self-esteem,as well as positive psychology qualities,among college student with left-behind experience.
