研究生导师责任制的发展及挑战

摘要

Instructor responsibility system has become a basic system of graduate training in China and defined in The National long- term Education Reform and Development Plan (2010- 2020). The existing implements of the situation show that the system has played an im- portant role in the graduate training. However, there are some conflicts between specialism of the instructor responsibility system and univer- sality of the graduate training. In addition, it also faces several challenges, such as reform system and uniting between the external and the internal.%研究生导师责任制已经成为我国研究生培养的基础性制度,这一制度在《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010—2020年）》中得以明确。从现有的实施情况看,这一制度在我国研究生培养中已经发挥了重大作用,但也面临了导师责任制的特殊性与研究生培养的普遍性要求之间的冲突、制度改革系统性、内外部联结等方面的挑战。
