法律汉语'庄重性'语体实现路径对比分析——基于法律汉语变体复合类比语料库的研究

将包括大陆、香港和台湾在内的刑事法律汉语类比语料库、非法律汉语参照语料库和法律汉语历时类比语料库合成组建一个法律汉语变体复合类比语料库.对比分析发现:当前大陆、香港和台湾法律汉语"庄重性"在词汇、句法、语篇、修辞等实现路径方面存在共时差异,同时也存在历时差异,如近现代大陆法律汉语"庄重性"总体下降,这体现了大陆法律汉语的简明化趋势,而台湾法律汉语"庄重性"则保持稳定,香港法律汉语也鲜有更新.%What`s the synchronic and diachronic difference of means to realize "solemnity" of legal Chinese between Mainland, Hong Kong and Taiwan? To answer this question, this paper synchronically analyzed the differences in its realizations among the three regions in terms of such means as lexicon, syntax, discourse and rhetoric, based on a complex comparable corpora constituted by Legal Chinese Comparable Corpus, Non-legal Chinese Reference Corpus and Legal Chinese Diachronic Corpus.And a diachronic comparison of legal Chinese in the three regions revealed that the solemnity level of Mainland legal Chinese decreased on the whole, reflecting the plain movement of legal Chinese, while that of Taiwan legal Chinese rarely changed, and Hong Kong Chinese law saw no revision.
