The present invention provides a method for forming listening-based Chinese phonetic transcription using Hangeul, a method for displaying listening-based Chinese phonetic transcription using Hangeul, and a method for learning a foreign language using the same. The method for forming listening-based Chinese phonetic transcription using Hangeul comprises the steps of: when a Chinese sentence is entered, searching for the presence of listening-based Chinese phonetic transcription using Hangeul that fully matches the entered Chinese sentence among pre-stored listening-based Chinese phonetic transcription using Hangeul; when the listening-based Chinese phonetic transcription using Hangeul that fully matches the entered Chinese sentence is present, storing the pre-stored listening-based Chinese phonetic transcription using Hangeul; when the listening-based Chinese phonetic transcription using Hangeul that fully matches the entered Chinese sentence is not present, searching for a Chinese sentence having the highest matching rate with the entered Chinese sentence and the corresponding listening-based Chinese phonetic transcription using Hangeul from pre-stored data; comparing the found Chinese sentence having the highest matching rate with the entered Chinese sentence and separating the matching part from the different part; applying listening-based Chinese phonetic transcription using Hangeul for each syllable in the Chinese sentence of the different part to create listening-based Chinese phonetic transcription using Hangeul for the different part; and combining the listening-based Chinese phonetic transcription using Hangeul of the matching part and the listening-based Chinese phonetic transcription using Hangeul of the different part to store listening-based Chinese phonetic transcription using Hangeul for the full Chinese sentence.
