运用二语习得理论探寻输入未能转化为输出的原因

         

摘要

在外语教学中,教师们常常对语言输入不能顺利转化为输出感到困惑。借助输入理论、输出理论、互动理论和社会文化理论等各种二语习得理论可以探寻影响输入转化为输出的因素。要使输入顺利地转化为输出,需要经过输入、注意、理解、吸收、互动、使用和加强等阶段;其中任何一个环节的失败都可能导致输入不能转化为输出。教师要采取各种手段为学生习得某个语言结构提供便利。%In English teaching many teachers feel puzzled at their failure to convert input into output. They often ask a question: Why did my students fail to produce the structure I have frequently used in class in the examinations? By means of the second language acquisition theories, including the Input Theory, the Output Theory, the Interaction Hypothesis and the Socio-cultural Theory we can work out factors that prevent input from being converted into output and thus answer the above-mentioned question. In order to acquire a structure in teacher talk, a series of processes and many factors such as input, notice, comprehension, intake, interaction, use, reinforcement, etc are involved. The teacher should be aware of this and try various means to facilitate the acquisition of the targeted structure.
