教师专业化背景下教师领导的内涵、意义与实践形态

     

摘要

Teacher leadership is a significant direction for future school reform and teacher development. But till now,interpretation of teacher leadership varies with different perspectives,which leads to ambiguity of the connotation of teacher leadership,and is not conducive to the carry out of teacher leadership. This paper advocates understanding teacher leadership from the perspective of teacher professional development and holds the view that teacher leadership should base on professional rationality and help to promote teachers’professional quality. Thus, teachers should transform their identity from traditional dominators to leader of course,teaching and class.%教师领导是未来学校变革与教师发展的重要方向。迄今为止,关于教师领导的理解存在多种不同的理论视角,导致教师领导的内涵充满歧义,不利于教师领导实践的深入开展。从教师专业化的视角来理解教师领导,教师领导应该基于专业理性,并且指向教师专业品质的提升。为此,教师需要从传统的课程管理者、教学主导者、班级管理者转变为课程领导者、教学领导者和班级领导者。
