基于CDIO电气自动化专业人才培养模式的研究

摘要

The teaching model of learning by doing is using in higher vocational education general today.The introduction of CDIO engineering education model broadened the vocational education reform ideas.This paper analyzes the philosophy of CDIO and research the professional personnel of electrical automation based the CDIO to realize the target of training high applied skills talents.The training mode is important to improve level of electrical automation profession of higher vocational school.%当今高职教育普遍采用＂做中学＂的教学模式,CDIO工程教育模式的引入,拓宽了高职教育改革的思路。文中分析了CDIO的理念,以培养高技能应用型人才为目标,研究基于CDIO电气自动化专业的人才培养模式,对提高高职电气自动化专业办学水平有很强的指导意义。
