液压电机叶片泵永磁体涡流场有限元分析

     

摘要

液压电机叶片泵电机转子与叶片泵转子合二为一,虽有其一定的优点,但因转子电导率高,耐热性差,涡流会使永磁体钕铁硼发热升温,从而导致液压油温度上升,影响整个液压系统的性能,因此有必要对永磁体内的涡电流进行分析.应用有限元数值分析软件(Ansoft)中的二维电磁场有限元法分别求解了空载和负载时电机转子的磁场和永磁体内的涡流.波形分析得出了影响永磁体内涡流的因素以及应采取的措施,为研究开发高效低噪的液压电机叶片泵提供理论依据.%The combination of the rotors of hydraulic motor pump,with those of vane pump can bring a-bout certain advantages. But owing to the rotor's high-conductivity, the heated NdFeB Magnets will cause hydraulic oil temperature to rise and affect the performance of the entire hydraulic system. Therefore it is necessary to analyze the permanent magnet in the eddy current. By using the finite element analysis software (Ansoft) in the two-dimensional electromagnetic fields,the finite element method is used to solve the no-load and loaded rotor magnetic field and the permanent magnet in the vortex. Waveform analysis can help us know the impact of eddy current in the permanent body and to take proper measures. This paper provides a theoretical basis for producing highly efficient, low noise hydraulic motor vane pump.
