溶剂对晶硅太阳能电池背银电极用银浆的性能影响∗

     

摘要

System of terpineol molecule-diethylene glycol monobutyl ether acetate-tributyl citrate was used in ex-perimentals.The effect of solvents on properties of silver paste for back electrode of silicon solar cells was inves-tigated by changed the weight ratio of three solvents.The products were characterized by SEM,TG-DTA.The results showed when weight ratio of terpineol molecule:diethylene glycol monobutyl ether acetate:tributyl cit-rate was 2∶2∶3,back silver paste which was prepared by the mixed solvents had a compact film,an excellent solder tension,and a better photoelectric property.%实验采用松油醇-二乙二醇丁醚醋酸酯-柠檬酸三丁酯的溶剂体系,通过改变三种溶剂的质量比,考察了溶剂对晶硅太阳能电池背电极用银浆的性能影响,并利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、综合热分析仪(TG-DTA)等仪器对样品进行了表征。实验结果表明,松油醇、二乙二醇丁醚醋酸酯、柠檬酸三丁酯按2∶2∶3的质量比配制的背面银浆性能更佳,其膜层致密、焊接拉力高,并且光电性能更优。
