网络语言暴力的侵权责任分析

摘要

The network language violence infringes on civil rights and interests of others, so the tort feasor shall be subject to tort liability correspondingly. Since our existing legal provisions are too principle and unified, we should specify network language violence as a special tort.%网络语言暴力损害了他人的合法民事权益，构成民事侵权，应承担相应的侵权责任。我国现有法律规定过于原则和不统一，应将网络语言暴力作为特殊侵权加以具体规定。
