上海桂林公园桂花芳香成分的HS-SPME-GC-MS分析

     

摘要

采用顶空固相微萃取(HS-SPME)技术,采集桂花中四季桂、丹桂、银桂和金桂4个品种群的8个品种盛花期的香气成分,利用气相色谱质谱(GC-MS)联用仪进行分析鉴定,对GC-MS总离子色谱进行定量分析.四季桂、金桂和丹桂品种群的每个桂花品种都鉴定出了39种芳香成分,银桂品种群鉴定出了38种成分.4个品种群的桂花品种挥发油都含有罗勒烯、3-蒈烯、反式芳樟醇氧化物、顺式芳樟醇化合物、芳樟醇、壬醛、β-紫罗酮、α-紫罗酮和γ-癸内酯等9种化合物.结果表明,4个品种群的桂花芳香成分不存在根本性的差异.%A headspace solid-phase microextraction (HS-SPME) method was used to extract the essential oil of 8 Osmanthus fragrans cultivars from the 4 groups, which were then analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) at full flowering stage. In this study, 39 volatile compounds were identified in each cultivar of asiaticus group, aurantiacus group and luteus group and 38 volatile compounds were identified in each one of albus group. Nine same components of the essential oil extracted from the 8 cultivars were ocimene, 3-carene, cis-linalool oxide, trans-linalool oxide, linalool, nonanal, β-ionone, α-ionone and γ-decalactone. The results suggested that the differences of volatile compounds among 0. Fragrans cultivars were not obvious.
