中成药与保健食品中非法添加11种降脂类化学成分的液相色谱-串联质谱法快速检测

         

摘要

目的:建立了液相色谱-串联质谱法快速测定中成药与保健食品中非法添加的11种降脂类化学成分检测方法。采用C18色谱柱,以甲醇-0.1%甲酸溶液(80∶20)为流动相,采用电喷雾电离(ESI)源、多反应监测(MRM)扫描方式,11种成分的检测限满足检测要求。通过与标准谱库中的保留时间和多反应检测的质谱图(MRM)进行对比,快速鉴别样品中违法添加的11种降脂类成分。%To establish a liquid chromatography- tandem mass chromatography (LC-MS/MS) method for the rapid detection of 11 Lipid composition il egal y added in Chinese traditional medicines and health food. A C18 column was used with the mobile phase of 0.1% formic and methanol (20:80). The target compounds were analyzed with LC-MS/MS-ESI. Multiple-reaction monitoring (MRM) was used to screen 11 chemical components in health food and Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine. The LOD of these substances were meet the test requirements. Comparing with retention time and MRM spectrums of reference in library set up by us ,rapid detection of 11 Lipid composition il egal y added in sample.
