新型装备对作战体系的贡献机理

摘要

Exploration into the contribution of new equipment to the operational system and mak-ing the clarification of its mechanism are the prerequisites for the analysis and evaluation of the contri-bution.This paper,based on the complex system theory,studies the contribution mechanism of the new equipment to the warfighting system.On the basis of the analysis of the basic characteristics of this contribution,the paper,starting from generation mechanism of the system combat effectiveness and the requirement of completing different missions and tasks under informationized conditions, builds a framework of the contribution mechanism in five respects:environment,structure,function, information and operation.%探索新型装备对作战体系的贡献作用过程，弄清贡献机理，是体系贡献率的分析和评估的前提。运用复杂系统理论，就新型装备对作战体系的贡献机理问题进行了研究。在分析新型装备对体系贡献基本特点的基础上，从信息化条件下体系战斗力生成机制和完成不同使命任务的需求出发，分别从环境、结构、功能、信息、运行5个方面构建了装备对体系贡献机理的基本框架。
