基于 SEM 的武器装备作战体系贡献度评估方法

摘要

有效评估体系贡献度是武器装备发展论证、作战试验开展和作战使用保障的一项基础性工作。探讨了增强作战效果贡献度指标、增强作战效率贡献度指标和降低作战代价贡献度指标的量化方法，分析了作战效果、作战效率、作战代价与体系作战能力之间的定性关系，提出了武器装备作战体系贡献度评估指标体系，建立了基于结构方程模型的武器装备作战体系贡献度评估模型，并进行了算例评估与验证分析。%Effective evaluation of contribution to system warfighting (CSW)is a groundwork for demonstration of weapons and equipments development,and for operational test and operational e-quipment support as well.This paper explores the quantitative method of contribution indexes for en-hancing both operational effect and operational efficiency,and reducing the operational cost,analyses the qualitative relationship between operational effect,operational efficiency,operational cost and the combat capability,puts forward contribution evaluation index system of the operational weapons and equipments system,sets up CSW evaluation model of the operational weapon equipment system based on structural equation modeling (SEM)and verifies using numerical example.
