高校师生之间的互评博弈是合作博弈吗

     

摘要

Inrelevantliteraturesathomeandabroad,manystudies,nomattercaseanalysis,ormodel reasoningareconsistentintheconclusionthatthereisageneraltacitcooperationinthemutualevaluation gamebetweenteachersandstudentsinhighereducationinstitutions.However,fromthepointofviewof gametheory,themutualevaluationgamebetweenteachersandstudentsinhighereducationinstitutions doesnothavetheconditiontorealizecooperation.Inordertoexplorethereasons,thestudyfirstmadein-depthanalysisoftheproblemsintraditionaltheoreticalstudies.Then,onthebasisoflessonslearned,the dynamicgame modelofincompleteinformation wasreconstructed,andthe mutualevaluationgamebe-tweentypicalstudentsandteacherswasclassifiedandcompared.Itwasfoundthattheorderofgamewas veryimportant:ifteacherswerethefirsttoact,themutualevaluationgamebetweenteachersandstudents wasthecooperativegameofcompleteinformation;ifstudentswerethefirsttoact,themutualevaluation gamebetweenteachersandstudentswasanon-cooperativegamewithincompleteinformation.Finally,ac-cordingtothecooperationconditionofthemutualevaluationgamebetweenteachersandstudents,thear-ticlemadespecialstudyontheinstitutionalarrangementofimprovingcredibilityofthestudents’evalua-tionofteaching.%国内外相关文献,无论是案例分析,还是模型推理,很多研究都认为,在高校师生互评博弈中存在普遍的默契合作.但是,从博弈论的角度而言,高校师生之间的互评博弈并不具备实现合作的条件.传统理论研究中存在案例分析不足、博弈模型分析不足的问题,在吸取经验教训的基础上,重新建构不完全信息动态博弈模型,并对典型学生和教师之间的互评博弈进行分类比较研究.研究发现,博弈次序至关重要:如果教师是行动先者,师生之间的互评博弈是完全信息的合作博弈;如果学生是行动先者,师生之间的互评博弈是不完全信息的非合作博弈.根据师生互评博弈的合作条件,通过制度设计可以提升学生评教信度.
