论融城背景下的融教方略--以长株潭一体化城市体制改革为例

     

摘要

融城现象给教育带来了多方面的发展机遇,同时,也带来了一些“融教”的新问题。探析“融教”的涵义,分析“融教”的基础,针对目前“融教”思想缺失、“融教”进程缓慢、“融教”优势遗弃的现状,提出要端正“融教”观念、改善“融教”策略、调整“融教”布局、突出“融教”重点。重视“融教”的基础投入,挖掘“融教”的潜在功能,强化“融教”的保障体系,以“融教”促进“融城”的发展。%City of mergence phenomenon brings various development opportunities to education, but it also brings some new problems of“integrating teaching”. R esearch the meaning of“integrating teaching”,analyze the basis of“inte-grating teaching”, in view of the current situation of lack of“integrating teaching”idea, slow process of“integrating teaching”and abandoning advantages of“integrating teaching”, put forw ard that should correct“integrating teaching”con-cept, improve the“integrating teaching”strategy, adjust the distribution of“integrating teaching”and highlight the“inte-grating teaching”key. A ttach great importance to the basic inputs of“integrating teaching”,excavate the potential functions of“integrating teaching”,strengthen the security system of“integrating teaching”and use“integrating teaching”to promote the development of“city of mergence”.
