高速铁路吸声声屏障插入损失影响因素的分析

         

摘要

In the semi-anechoic chamber, a vertical scale model of the sound absorption noise barrier was estab-lished in this study to explore influence factors including the thickness and density of different sound absorption material and the aperture ratio of different sound barrier panels. Based on German Head company's DATaRec4 DIC24 data acquisition instrument and ArtemiS data analysis software, it tested the noise reduction effects of sound absorption noise barriers respectively for acoustic panels in 25,35,45% panel aperture ratio and 60,80,100 mm thickness and 24,32,48 kg/m3 density, so as to analyze the influence of parameters on the inser-tion loss of acoustic barriers in high-speed railway. The results showed that with the increase of the aperture ra-tio of the noise barriers, the noise reduction effect of the noise barrier becomes more and more obvious under the condition of a certain height of the noise barrier, which supports that increasing the aperture ratio of the noise barrier panel is helpful for improving the noise reduction effect of the noise barrier;meanwhile, with the increase of the thickness of core material and the decrease of core material density, the noise reduction effect of the noise barrier is more significant, which indicates that increasing the thickness of core material and reducing the density of core material may improve the noise reduction effect of noise barriers.%在半消声室中建立直立型吸声声屏障缩尺模型,针对不同吸声材料厚度、密度及不同声屏障面板开孔率.基于德国Head公司DATaRec4 DIC24数据采集仪和ArtemiS数据分析软件来测试声屏障的降噪效果.分别对25%,35%,45%面板开孔率和60,80,100 mm厚度及24,32,48 kg/m3密度吸音板工况下的吸声声屏障的降噪效果进行测试和分析,从而探究高速铁路吸声声屏障各参数对插入损失的影响规律.研究结果表明:在声屏障一定高度的情况下,随着声屏障面板开孔率的增加,声屏障的降噪效果越来越显著,以此佐证增加声屏障面板开孔率有利于提高声屏障的降噪效果;同时随着芯材厚度的增加以及芯材密度的减小,声屏障的的降噪效果也越显著,以此说明提高芯材厚度以及降低芯材密度也有利于提高声屏障的降噪效果.
