筒子纱微波负压干燥试验研究

摘要

The principle of the microwave vacuum drying device was introduced and it was used to finish the drying cheese experiment.The influence of the diameter of cheese was analyzed on drying rate and drying temperature in the process of microwave vacuum drying.And the change tendency of drying temperature was analyzed according to the drying temperature and percentage of moisture curve,which provided reference for the industrial application of microwave vacuum drying for cheese.%介绍了所开发的微波负压干燥设备的工作原理,并利用其以筒子纱为干燥对象进行干燥试验,分析了在微波负压干燥过程中,筒子纱直径对干燥速率及干燥温度的影响,并通过温度-干燥曲线分析干燥温度的变化趋势,对筒子纱微波负压干燥工艺的产业化应用提供了参考.
