翻转课堂教学模式的伦理省思

     

摘要

In ICT environment, flipped classroom has been a boom in the field of education at home and abroad. Studying flipped classroom from the perspective of ethics is to highlight its ethical value and ethical way of healthy development by analyzing the ethical characteristics of flipped classroom. Flipped classroom is firstly discussed from three aspects including learning concept, learning quality and learning services. Then the reasons why flipped classroom is so heated are further explored. It is found that flipped classroom has changed the traditional teaching struc ture and encouraged people to rethink the teachers' and students' roles played in the learning process, but there are still some deficiencies in teaching practice because of lack of educational big data col-lected from long-term empirical researches. Flipped classroom should respect students' personality differences, define teacher's role reasonably and have complete ethics standard. In a word, a rational knowledge of flipped classroom should be acquired.%在信息化境遇下,翻转课堂正在东西方教育领域中掀起一股热潮。以伦理学的视角对翻转课堂进行思考,旨在通过对翻转课堂伦理品性的分析,彰显其伦理价值及良性发展的伦理途径。从学习理念、学习服务和学习质量三个方面对翻转课堂进行了伦理考量,并对促成当前翻转课堂热的动因进行了冷静的剖析。虽然翻转课堂改变了传统教学结构,并促使人们对学习过程中教师和学生的角色进行重新思考定位,但有关翻转课堂的教学研究还缺乏长期基于教育大数据的实证研究,翻转课堂在教学实践中还存在一些不足。翻转课堂应该尊重学生的个性差异,合理定位教师的角色,应有完善的伦理规范,应该形成对翻转课堂的理性认识。
