Underclass narrative, a literature trend formed along with social transformation,reflects social re-ality and shows its concern with civilian life from the perspective of the underclass.Wang Xiangfu is one of the representative writers of the underclass narrative.Since the new period,he has paid attention to humble lives of poor and insignificant people.He is good at describing the trivial daily life of underlying individuals and discove-ring existing social problems.And he is always consciously trying to get rid of intellectual elite consciousness andto understand the underlying people's spiritual world to excavate the complexity of people's spiritual world.
