选用2种溴类抑菌剂,通过条件试验的方法对废纸浆白水中的微生物的抑菌效果进行研究.对加入不同量抑菌剂的白水中的细菌和霉菌在营养琼脂培养基和马铃薯培养基进行涂布平板培养,观察抑菌效果.结果表明,选用的2种溴类抑菌剂(PS-2890、GB-3612)均有较好抑菌效果,PS-2890抑菌剂的抑菌效果要优于GB-3612抑菌剂,可根据工厂生产的实际情况进行选择.抑菌剂加入到5×10-6时就可以达到较高的抑菌率,加入量满足工厂对微生物的防治要求.抑菌剂用量为(3~7)×10-6时,抑制率普遍达到40%~80%,最高可达92.8%.%The inhibitory effect of microorganism was studied through two brominated bacteriostatic agents in the waste paper pulp white water.The bacteria and moulds in whitewater with different antimicrobial agents were cultured on agar and potato medium to observe the bacteriostatic effects. The results showed that two kinds of bromide antibacterial agents (PS-2890 and GB-3612) had good antibacterial effects ,but the bacteriostatic efficacy of PS-2890 was better than that of GB-3612 ,and it could be chosen according to the actual situation in the factory.It could achieve high bacteriostasis rate with bacteriostatic agent dosage of 5 × 10-6 ,which could meet the requirements of factory.The bacteriostasis rate was 40%-80% with the bacteriostatic agent dosage of (3-7) × 10-6 , of which maximum could reach to 92.8%.
