以每搏量变异度为指导的目标导向液体疗法对结直肠癌手术患者消化系统的影响

[Objective]Toinvestigatetheeffectoftarget-directedLiquidtherapyguidedbystrokevoLumevaria-biLityonthecLinicaLefficacyanddigestivesysteminpatientswithcoLorectaLcancersurgery.[Methods]AtotaLof 142patientswithcoLorectaLcancerwhounderwentsurgeryinourhospitaLweredividedintotwogroups.Patientsin thecontroLgroupreceivedagoaL-directedfLuidtherapyguidedbycentraLvenousoxygensaturation,andpatientsin theobservationgroupreceivedtarget-directedfLuidtherapyguidedbystrokevoLumevariabiLity.ThetotaLfLuidvoL-ume,surgeryprocedure,gastrin,motiLinandcompLicationswerecomparedbetweenthetwogroups.[ResuLts]ThetotaLfLuidvoLumeoftheobservationgroupwassmaLLerthanthatofthecontroLgroup.Thepostoperativefeed-ingtime,exhausttimeandhospitaLizationtimewereshorterthanthecontroLgroup,andthedifferencebetween thetwogroupswassignificant(P<0.05).ThegastrinLeveLoftheobservationgroupwashigherandthemotiLin LeveLwasLowerthanthatofthecontroLgroup,andthedurationofbLoatingandtherecoverytimeofboweLsounds wereshorterasweLL(P<0.05).TheincidenceofcompLicationswas14.08% (10casesoutof71patients)inthe observationgroupand32.39% (23outof71cases)inthecontroLgroup.Thedifferencebetweenthetwogroups wasstatisticaLLysignificant(P<0.05).[ConcLusion]Target-directedfLuidtherapyguidedbystrokevoLumevaria-biLityforpatientswithcoLorectaLcancersurgerycanspeeduppostoperativerecovery,improvetherecoveryofdi-gestivesystem,andheLpreducecLinicaLcompLications.%[目的]探讨以每搏量变异度为指导的目标导向液体疗法对结直肠癌手术患者的疗效及消化系统的影响.[方法]本院接受手术治疗的142例结直肠癌患者,随机分为两组,对照组患者接受中心静脉血氧饱和度为指导的目标导向液体疗法,观察组以每搏量变异度为指导.比较两组患者液体总量、手术情况、患者胃泌素、胃动素水平及并发症发生情况.[结果]观察组患者液体总量小于对照组,术后进食时间、排气时间以及住院时间短于对照组,且两组比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05).观察组患者胃泌素水平高于,胃动素水平低于对照组,且腹胀持续时间以及肠鸣音恢复时间均更短(P<0.05).观察组患者并发症总发生率为14.08%(10／71),明显低于对照组的32.39%(23／71),且差异有显著性(P<0.05).[结论]以每搏量变异度为指导的目标导向液体疗法,能够加快结直肠癌手术患者术后康复时间,提高其消化系统恢复能力,降低并发症的发生.
