Objective To investigate the effects of different surgical methods on meniscus injury and their effects on serum T NF-α ,IL-6 ,IL-10 and CRP .Methods 84 patients with knee meniscus injury were di- vided into the minimally invasive group (42 cases with knee arthroscopic surgery ) and the traditional group (42 cases with conventional open surgery for meniscus resection ).The knee joint function recovery and se- rum inflammatory factor levels were compared and compared before and after surgery .Results There was no significant difference in pain ,w alking ability ,joint stability ,knee ex tension ,knee joint activity and to- tal score betw een the minimally invasive group and the traditional g roup in the Rasm ussen knee function scores before and 6 months af ter surgery ( P＞0 .05) ;at 6 months af ter operation ,the scores of the tw o g roups w ere significantly higher than before ( P＜0 .05 ).T here w ere no significant differences in serum levels of T N F-α ,IL-6 ,IL-10 and CRP betw een the tw o groups before surgery ( P＞0 .05).A t 24 h and 72 h af ter operation , the minimally invasive g roup w as significantly low er than the traditional group ( P＜0 .05).Conclusion Knee arthroscopy minimally invasive surgery is equivalent to traditional surgery for meniscal injury ,but knee arthroscopic minimally invasive surgery can reduce the degree of inflam matory response in postoperative patients .%目的 探讨膝关节镜微创手术与传统术式治疗半月板损伤的效果及对患者血清肿瘤坏死因子-α 、白细胞介素-6 、白细胞介素-10 、C反应蛋白水平的影响.方法 将84例膝关节半月板损伤患者按手术方法分为微创组42例(采用膝关节镜手术) 、传统组42例(采用传统开放手术行半月板切除术),统计并比较手术前后患者膝关节功能恢复情况、血清炎症因子水平.结果 术前及术后6个月,微创组与传统组患者Rasmussen膝关节功能评分的疼痛、行走能力、关节稳定性、伸膝关节、膝关节活动度及总分比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0 .05) ;术后6个月,两组均较术前显著升高(P＜0 .05).术前,两组患者血清肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-6、白细胞介素-10、C反应蛋白水平比较差异无统计学意义( P＞0 .05) ;术后24 h 、72 h ,微创组均显著低于传统组(P＜0 .05) .结论 膝关节镜微创手术与传统手术治疗半月板损伤疗效相当,但膝关节镜微创手术能减轻术后患者炎症反应程度.
