二氧化碳高暴露对SD雌性大鼠生育能力的影响

         

摘要

Objective To investigate the pregnancy rate,abortion rate,the number of surviving rats,the body mass and the deformity rate of SD female rats in the simulated laparoscopic operation room with high carbon dioxide exposure.Serum sex hormones (E2,P,FSH,LH) and thyroid function (TSH,FT4) were also monitored,superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) were detected.Methods A total of 80 normal female rats were divided into two groups,40 rats in the control group conducted no measures and 40 in the experimental group were in high carbon dioxide exposure.One month later,female rats of two groups were divided into four groups,the control group A,the experimental group A,the control group B,the experimental group B.Female rats of A groups were all caged in one,the number of detected thrombus,the rate of conception,the number of abortion,the number of surviving mice,body length,body mass and deformity rate were compared between the two groups.Sex hormones,thyroid function and ovarian pathology under different environments in the control group B and the experimental group B were compared.Results The pregnant condition,the number of thrombus,the number of pregnancy,the rate of pregnancy,the number and rate of abortion and the number of farrowing both in control A group and in experimental A group showed no significant difference (P > 0.05).And there was no significant difference in size,weight and deformity rate between the control A group and experimental A group (P > 0.05).Estradiol and progesterone levels in experimental B group in high concentration of carbon dioxide were significantly lower,and follicle stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone were significantly higher than that of the control B group (P < 0.05).However,serum thyrotropin and free thyroxine in vivo of animal model in two groups showed no significant difference.The superoxide dismutase (SOD) in the ovary of the experimental B group was slightly lower,and malondialdehyde (MDA) was significantly higher than that in the control B group (P < 0.05).Conclusion High carbon dioxide exposure can significantly affect the levels of sex hormones and ovarian oxidative stress,but have no significant effect on pregnancy outcomes.%目的 研究模拟腹腔镜手术室二氧化碳高暴露环境下SD雌大鼠受孕率、流产、存活仔鼠数量、身长、体质量、畸形率,同时监测大鼠血清性激素(E2、P、FSH、LH)、甲状腺功能(TSH、FT4)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及丙二醛(MDA)水平.方法 80只正常雌鼠进行分组,对照组40只雌鼠不做任何处理,实验组40只雌鼠给予二氧化碳暴露,1个月后将2组雌鼠再进行分组,即对照组A、实验组A、对照组B、实验组B,每组20只.实验组A雌鼠及对照组A雌鼠均进行合笼,比较2组检栓数、受孕率、流产、存活仔鼠数量、身长、体质量、畸形率.比较对照组B雌鼠及实验组B雌鼠在不同环境下性激素、甲状腺功能及卵巢病理.结果 观察对照组A与实验组A雌鼠在合笼后妊娠情况、检栓数、妊娠数、妊娠率、流产数及产仔数量,2组动物以上指标并无显著差异(P>0.05).对照组A与实验组A雌鼠产仔身长、体质量及畸形率也无显著差异(P>0.05).二氧化碳高暴露的实验组B雌鼠血内雌二醇及孕激素水平显著低于对照组B雌鼠,同时实验组B雌鼠卵泡刺激素及促黄体生成素显著高于对照组B雌鼠(P<0.05).2组动物模型体内血清促甲状腺素及游离甲状腺素无显著差异.实验组B雌鼠卵巢组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)稍低于对照组B雌鼠(P>0.05),实验组B雌鼠卵巢丙二醛(MDA)含量显著高于对照组B雌鼠(P<0.05).结论 二氧化碳高暴露可显著影响雌鼠性激素水平及卵巢氧化应激指标,但对雌鼠妊娠及妊娠结局并无显著影响.
