The present invention relates to a biological formulation using an entomopathogenic fungi Metarhizium anisopliae SD4-2 strain having insecticidal and antimicrobial activities. The strain of the present invention has an excellent effect in repelling Tetranychus urticae, and simultaneously has an effect in repelling microorganisms. Accordingly, the Metarhizium anisopliae SD4-2 strain shows high pathogenic properties with respect to facility cultivation plants, thereby being used as an insecticidal agent and a biological formulation for repelling plant pathogens. Thus, the strain of the present invention is environmentally and industrially very useful.
