神经节苷脂联合果糖二磷酸钠治疗颅脑外伤临床效果观察

摘要

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of ganglioside combined with fructose diphosphate in treatment of patients with trau-matic brain injury. Methods A total of 86 patients with traumatic brain injury during January 2012 to October 2014 were randomly divided into control and observation groups,each group with 43 cases. Patients in control group were treated with conventional treatment,while patients in ob-servation group were given with ganglioside combined with fructose diphosphate on the basis of conventional treatment. The efficacy of treatment in both groups had been observed and compared. Results The GCS scores in all these patients were significantly increased,but the efficacy of pa-tients in observation group was better than that of patients in control group( P ﹤ 0. 05). The total effective rate,cure rate and significant efficien-cy rate after treatment and in 6 months follow - up period of patients in observation group were all higher than those of patients in control group( P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion For treatment of patients with traumatic brain injury,the treatment with combination of ganglioside and fructose diphos-phate can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and it is worthy to be clinically applied.%目的：观察神经节苷脂联合果糖二磷酸钠治疗颅脑外伤的临床疗效。方法将2012年1月至2014年10月收治的颅脑外伤患者86例随机分为观察组和对照组，各43例，对照组采用常规治疗，观察组在常规治疗基础上给予神经节苷脂联合果糖二磷酸钠，观察两组患者治疗前后的 GCS 评分情况、临床疗效和随访6个月时的临床疗效。结果治疗后，两组患者的 GCS 评分均显著升高，且观察组的升高程度显著高于对照组，差异统计学有意义（ P ﹤0.05）；观察组患者在治疗后和随访6个月时的临床总有效率、治愈率和显效率均显著高于对照组，差异统计学有意义（ P ﹤0.05）。结论神经节苷脂联合果糖二磷酸钠可有效改善颅脑外伤患者的临床症状，保护脑组织，提高临床治疗效果。
